3 stars: It all seems good but shipping info to my country outdated (about 12 years outdated) . I live in a province that's not in your drop down menu. Ecuador, Santa Elena is lacking in the drop-down menu. Wanted to buy but it's impossible.
3 stars: Decent app from a shopping perspective however whenever I see an interesting item in a banggood advertisement, clicking on it never opens the items page in the app. Uninstalled for that reason alone.

3 stars: Update: Since you reply to my message, I'll change my rating to 3 star, fixing this bug will change it to 5 star :) : when chatting with someone from support, if you minimize the app, connection is lost and you have to start over. Another messed up Chinese app like wish, no customer service, they get your money and the don't give a damn about you after that
