3 stars: I love the ease of having this app on every device and the family library is the best feature. My main issue is the sound volume and quality. I experience that no matter that streaming device I use the sound is more muted and lack punch or any real.highs or lows. I wish this was better or at least equal to other services like Netflix and Vudu.
3 stars: I'm actually quite satisfied with this app. You can either rent or buy a movie, watch it legally. However, I think there are much more thing to be improved. I realized most movies available in Google Play Movie are Hollywood. I hope you can add for Japanese movies too. Last time I searched for 5 cm Per Second and Ghibli's and I can't watch it there. Even movies in my country. 🇮🇩😅 They're listed, but no option to be rented or bought.
3 stars: I've used Google Play to buy most of my digital movies for ages, but it's long overdue a few updates. I'd like to be able to group my purchases into folders or create playlists of them for one. The 4K selection is also frankly rubbish in the UK (with other providers like Amazon and Rakuten having the same movies available in 4K!).
3 stars: Lacking in features. No option to select what quality to play the movie at or even listing what resolution the video is before buying ambiguous SD/HD/4K options.
