4 stars: I haven't used Samsung Members alot but the times I have it's been good. I've found everything I was looking for and some I wasn't. I'm coming back more frequently and find it easier to get what I'm looking for, intrested in, and realizing I needed to know certain tips for my devices.
5 stars: The Samsung Members app register your phone and other stuff that you buy that are Samsung Electronics. It give you information On how to make your phone or fridge , TV, etc.work better and you can call customers service on the app also. The app also lets you know how much guarantee you have.
5 stars: The app is new to me. I was a Samsung user for ten yrs. And broke my Samsung 8 and had to scale back until I could afford a Samsung again so now I have an A20 and trying to get back in my Samsung groove which I've truly missed. So fantastic so far. Back in the saddle again!!!
5 stars: Very responsive app. Had a problem with my phone and Love how connected it is, thanks to the social functionality other ppl helped me out with it.
5 stars: Only problem is that my phone shuts off at times, I have to take out the battery and put it back in for it to turn on (which is a hassel).
