5 stars: i have used simple fax on three important occasions. the first two times were successful transmittals. however the third time didn't go through like it should have. i emailed the developer and he responded fairly quickly to my concerns. he followed up with me until my actual fax was delivered successfully. i didn't have to pay additional money or anything.
