3 stars: У меня было такое уже не раз. Я сел в такси, мы уже половину дороги проехали а водитель забыл нажать кнопку что мы выехали, и приходится доплачивать за якобы платное ожидание...
5 stars: Хотелось бы, чтобы добавили возможность указывать подъезд не только начальной точки, но и конечной. Меньше лишних вопросов от водителя, а так же навигатор сразу укажет, как проехать к подъезду, если есть какие то трудности в виде шлагбаума и тд.
4 stars: Не могу получить ссылку на чек из приложения. В веб версии нет истории заказов.
5 stars: Current versions contains the following bug, please correct: in case stored address that has an embedded comment is chosen and after is revised to another address, existing comment remains and is sent to driver. That causes confusion, in case owner misses it. It's needed to enter comment section and remove comment manually or restart app

3 stars: The rides are good, the drivers are ok, the cars are sometimes very smelly, the app has a lot of problems sometimes, so it causes problems for the passengers. The promotion codes sometimes do not work. The price shown on passengers phone and drivers phone are different sometimes.
