3 stars: I'm having a big issue with the company inasmuch firm's technical problems don't allow me to rent the car since 2 weeks. I'm not happy and frustrated because I need the car.

4 stars: Overall useful app for one-way rentals. However I have tried MANY times to get fingerprint scanning to work (instead of PIN) and it rejects my first and only try and says to try again. I had never gotten it to work despite fingerprint scanning working fine for other apps.
