5 stars: I love the peace of mind and the quickness of response of the app when somebody rings the doorbell or when there are issues detected. I'm not crazy, at all, with the picture quality of the camera. Wish the picture definition was such that you could actually make out a face or a license plate. God knows I pay enough for it.
5 stars: It really good especially when you have kids they can just get on the app and disarmed it without the alarm going off. And when the alarm set off I like that it calls you first before sending police or something to check it out
3 stars: We have several camaras both indoors and out. The only camara that has worked consistently since they were installed is only one! When it works, it's great! However, the equipment barely works. It's very frustrating and annoying. It is NOT reliable at all. Dont waist your money! Just go with a company that has reliable equipment!!! A company you can depend on.
5 stars: The clitching is gone, thanks for fixing it. I love this new app. I forgot to set my alarm once and drove out of town, I used the app to turn on the alarm, and it worked. I can check in my home from anywhere and that is a very secure feeling.
3 stars: Presentation good intent good however twice so far in 3 weeks what the app told me and what actually was not correct. Told me armed away 2 doors locked while house was disarmed with 1 lock opened.
