3 stars: What the hell. The UI went from a dark (more readable) to a white background. The weeks, I thought, used to show which week you were on from the week to week view. It now doesn't. This is really bad design.
4 stars: I've been enjoying the app. I like the videos and how well everything is laid out. My only criticism is the lack of log in the app in order to track the weight lifting portion.
5 stars: Great workouts. Sometimes have to modify but great pace.

3 stars: This was a great free workout plan until it updated yesterday. Just about to start week 4 of the plan and now we have to pay and subscribe. Very sneaky. Maybe you could have given existing users a heads up on this. I now have to set up my own training regime.
3 stars: Shady that they sprang the pay plan on users with no warning. Users should be able to swap out exercises in the plan if they don't have the equipment, it's a basic function that would improve the app greatly
