4 stars: If you're looking for a messaging app, this is a brilliant pick! whilst some features can be limiting at times, there are a lot of features to like, including the essentials, of course. It's also cross platform so you can talk to your friends on iPhone without any problems unlike default messaging apps. Overall a great messaging app. (4.5/5)
3 stars: really like this app, been using it forever, but just recently my sent messages started to disappear. i checked the settings and i dont have disappearing messages turned on. and it doesn't happen to all my messages, just some. and this affects random contacts, so it's not likely that they are deleting from the other end. i tried to reinstall and same thing happens.
2 stars: You use it for years and now you have important data you can't afford to loose. Now you loose or damage your phone, the migration has only 20% chance of saving your previous data even after you have done everything right because it's so difficult. One mistake and you can loose it all. Not to mention if you try logging in second time, you can't do it before 8hrs of cool down period for OTP on SMS. Like whyyyy the unnecessary waste of time?
2 stars: Update mid '25. I have used WhatsApp for ages now, but still, they haven't sorted out yet a better solution for the storage of the media sent over the chats. Why a different folder for WhatsApp me...
