4 stars: Great all round app. Good deliverable for the licence fee. Generally works well, but harassment about licence fee is annoying, why can't I just input my postcode/licence number and get left alone? Surely linking my account with the licence just makes sense. Are there people using it just by clicking
3 stars: Watching Life on Mars , series 2, with subtitles,but unfortunately the subtitles are sometimes overlapping and some text gets covered up. I like to watch shows with subtitles.Can this issue be resolved please. Thanks.
2 stars: Awful since the most recent update. Downloaded programmes just stop playing and I have to keep pressing the icon on the downloads page to continue watching. This happens every 3-5 minutes. It's all downloaded, the app just chooses to stop playing. I've checked the internet connection (fine), uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I even resorted to a factory reset but no change. All other apps working fine.
2 stars: Every time I try to watch something on my phone, after a couple of mins it kicks me out of the video as if I pressed the back button. This happens regardless if I'm watching on WiFi or have downloaded an episode, so I can't go 3 mins without having to constantly put the video back on.
