5 stars: The Axe Hardware app is extremely user friendly. The in-store results are typically accurate. I love that I can see my rewards and coupons on the main page. Search feature works very well.
5 stars: I like Ace Hardware, because you can always go up to an employee and if they can't help you look at another employee to see if they can help find an item. I have multiple sclerosis so sometimes I can always walk around the whole store looking for things and it's nice to know that some of the staff can help me. I went to the Ace Hardware in Starke Florida. the staff was very nice and I would definitely be back with my fiance Walter.
4 stars: if there was a way to add purchases to your account that were made without your rewards card so you could get credit for them later, that would be amazing, my wife went and bought our snowblower and lawn mower and didn't use the rewards card each time and I have the receipts but I lost out on the points from the purchases! if this was an option that would be really great!
4 stars: Good app for offers & keeping track of discounts. A lot of pop-up notices, but they can be muted. I haven't used the online order functionality.
3 stars: The app work ok. It is horribly formated on tablets, with words running off the edge of the screen. Never use the back button. It will take you back to the beginning of any searches you did. I really hate having to select categories again and again and again.
