5 stars: I gave a low rating here recently because I kept seeing ads even though I had paid for a subscription. But the application developer replied to me promptly, fixed the problem, and arranged for me to get a refund for the period of the problem. So I am giving them five stars again. It is a good and useful application.
4 stars: App is good, 95 precent of the time the caller identification is accurate, I do get the app from time to time to not show who's calling me, but it kinda fixes itself and that's why it's 4 stars and not 5
4 stars: Works great, the popup is a bit annoying it would be great if it disappears after a small time period
3 stars: Definitely annoying at times as it can take over the dialer. To see caller ID when opening the app I have to go to names contacts and then names for the list to show.

2 stars: New update is messy. Constantly suggesting to pick number for favorites and this is bugging me. No way to turn this feature off. Really annoying. Too many large buttons filling my screen during call snd afterwards. Following reply of dev team, I am not interested in defining default numbers of favs in your app. Forcing me to choose is intrusive
