4 stars: I started therapy shortly before getting my new phone and this app was just installed and waiting to be used. So I have been trying it out and it's quite fabulous. The only thing I wish it did was connect more thoroughly with my Therapist because the Exported Content is rather messy and challenging to read effectively. I wish there was an option for integrated use between you and your therapist, like a \
4 stars: I enjoy this app, it helps me make sense of some of my thoughts. The exercise of really examining my negative thoughts is challenging and it drains me each time. I often don't fill out the alternative thoughts section because it seems a bit redundant after the challenge section. I think it would be better to have some good examples in those sections to differentiate between the 2.
5 stars: I think this is an excellent and well-informed app. I've used thought diaries on paper before and had to shuffle through pages and pages of info before I could write anything down. Before you know it, I was overwhelmed and lost all motivation to continue. I really enjoy how simple and guided this is. I've set up reminders to keep myself consistent. I also enjoy how you can look at insights into your well-being.
