3 stars: My app does not seem to have the Bluetooth function. Quite annoying. Please update and put the Bluetooth function on it for Android phones also.
4 stars: Replaced old 'Smart' Audio(??) app, which was refusing to connect via Bluetooth. Contacted support and quickly got the information I needed. Still do not understand why they have such scant documentation for troubleshooting, not even a hint of cell phone Bluetooth unpairing neede to solve problem.
4 stars: Wish there was a way that I could do more finer adjustments to 'level out' the balance between the two heariing aids.
3 stars: hard time keeping the Bluetooth active. app is slow to restart the connection.
5 stars: Purchased the Aid in Specsavers under the Advance brand name, I know my hearing well and was able to guide the Audiologists but after a couple of Calibration attempts I gave up, Found the Rexton app worked with the Advance aid and was able to gain up my high frequency hearing loss, problem solved Very Many Thanks
4 stars: Very good but it takes a long time to load.
5 stars: Really love my Rexton hearing aids. They have helped me in so many ways, I even feel better since starting to use them.
3 stars: Hearing aids are fully charged, and app often will not connect.
4 stars: Nothing super special...very basic controls easy enough to use though
