5 stars: Great service. Happier drivers that are a little more everything positive, compared to other similar services, because they are paid more. More in their pockets than what 'indriver' takes. Good job peeps at Indriver. Highly recommend. Very clean and nice cars. Prompt, polite and safe.
3 stars: I love the idea behind this but there is no privacy. Yesterday was my first time to use the app and I was shocked when the second driver could see that I had requested the first time with a different driver and my bargain price and when the first driver cancelled. There's literally no privacy. For that reason I am not comfortable using the app. Please work on privacy.
4 stars: Indriver is good service but I am Noticing that drivers are not accepting the ride for a long time the Customers are waiting for too long. So that's why they are going to alternative convince. If the Focus on this that Driver must need to accept with in 5 minutes maximum some time we are waiting for too long time and Driver didn't accept the request though they are available and on location.
3 stars: I booked the ride from home (an apartment) address, and as long as I waited the location changed to some street nearby instead and lead the driver there. I wasted time waiting for him to make a turn and guided him to the right address, after he called in to inform he has arrived - at the wrong location. Please improve if you want to compete.
