5 stars: Edit: Does its job Fairly easy to get your Pass. Thankfully passes are good for 6 months now, not 30 days. I'm not sure how useful the Pass actually is right now.
4 stars: I've used this app successfully for 6 months, but now it says it has expired. I heard that I need the Excelsior Plus, but I cannot download it onto my Android. Can you fix this?
4 stars: A hint if it can't find your info, ran into this today- There is no place to enter your middle name or initial, so it you have one on your license or ID that you gave them the data won't match. You have to enter your first name with a dash and your middle name on the same line, then it works. Took a phone call to the vax provider to find this out. Would be nice if the app had better instructions.
3 stars: When I first set up the app, it was quite easy but then it keeps asking me to update the info without giving me an option to add or correct anything since there is no edit box to check off. Very irritating fo something that really doesnt need daily updating since it expires within a year of the last vaccine.
3 stars: The install wouldn't work from the web site telling me I already have it installed. So I went to my phone \u0026 Installed it from my phone. Remove old pass from phone, then click on install pass \u0026 follow directions to install Excelsior pass plus. Your filling in the same info as you did online. Worked great once I figured it out.
