The exercised include in my program according to my necessity to avoid any medicines and doctors since last 14 years . I also combine mudra and pranayama and exercise.I like your programme . I tried OHM but only for 15 to 20 secs.each for 5: times. How much time you do ohm daily.Thank you madame.
