5 stars: this device is amazing. i use to take my sons devices out od his room when he was grounded. now i just control everything from the circle. so easy. homework not done? check! room filthy? check! love it

3 stars: If you are an Android user, beware the app loses connectivity to the Circle service, usually at the most inopportune times leaving you unable to modify filters. Circle, please fix this!
3 stars: Its great when it works. Very annoying when it doesn't. Which is too often. Sometimes can't connect so your stuck with whatever it's set on. Right now it has a bug that makes the categories tab not open. Such a pain to work around. No customer service.
4 stars: We depend on this app every day to keep our daughter from running off the rails, and it absolutely does what it is designed to do. Considering how often we have to use it, some layout changes would definitely improve use experience. Devs have made some recent updates that help, but I still find myself having to hunt through multiple screens and scroll, scroll, scroll, scroll for what I need.
