3 stars: Not all available items in a specific grocery store, are listed online. You cannot purchase/order items that are not listed on the app, this definitely defeats the purpose of a true online grocery. Delivery delays are common. 3 stars: I would have given this a higher rating. I just want to suggest that you give your riders training on GPS. Riders often contact me to ask for directions and it turns out they are on a totally different part of the city! It does not make any sense.
3 stars: Have used the app 4x, 2x COD and 2x CC. When COD, the rider ALWAYS don't have change even if I indicate in the app to bring change. Frustrating. What I like is their shoppers are very communicative, letting you know alternatives for those check-out but not available at the store. One problem, the fresh fish wasn't gutted and cleaned. Do I really have to indicate that as preference???
5 stars: Good job to the shopper and delivery rider! Great app. I love how I was informed via SMS if I would like to replace the item I originally check out due to out of stock with an equivalent item. I just hope you add more items to choose from like Ricoa Flattops, Loaded, etc. Nonetheless, I have a great experience. Thank you!
