5 stars: I love shopping on Amazon. I often use it to compare prices if another sites shipping time is not acceptable for a similar product. If my local stores are out of stock for a product I need, I know I can find it on Amazon. I have had all of my issues with deliveries and returns solved effectively and efficiently by their customer service.
3 stars: App and store have aways been great, but lately the Buy Now button has been broken. When I select to Buy Now, it takes me to my shopping cart instead of letting me purchase the single item on its own. Feature used to work, but has been broken for at least the last few days if not longer. Disappointed that it is no longer working.
5 stars: I didn't think I'd keep my Prime subscription (which is optional) after the trial was over, but I've been using the service and app frequently for about 6 months now, and it's definitely worth it. Saves a lot of time shopping and no one else beats their shipping, unless you're willing to pay outlandish shipping costs
3 stars: even though you pay for next day delivery or pay for prime, the excuse for the majority of your packages being delivered days late is always the same. \
5 stars: My orders are always delivered quickly and with prime membership shipping is always free! once I had any issue with a product where the item was damaged when I recieved it but amazon quickly fixed it by sending a replacement.
