5 stars: I love this app so much more than other delivery apps. It tells you from the start if the restaurant is open and can deliver to your location, unlike others that wait till checkout. The best yet is that you can tip the restaurant and the driver! Especially in these times I do it with every delivery because I know its needed. Best app ever and I haven't used another in well over a year because of it.
3 stars: The App is great with lots of options. This is my very first order using this app. It was, however, unsuccessful because it didn't arrive eventhough the app said it had been delivered. I was looking forward to eat those foods that I ordered because I just came back from work, tired and was very hungry.
3 stars: Great timing, I really hate that they don't give me an option to put a note for the restaurant or on the meals. Maybe I don't want tomatoes or mayo for example. This should be added to reach perfection. Also their drivers text me through the app instead of calling which I might not notice and keep them waiting outside for long. Please ask your riders to call.
