3 stars: Grab Transport matching seems inaccurate. I booked a car, ETA 3 mins, and it arrived 10 minutes later. That's off by 3x. If know it will arrive 10 minutes later, I would've made other travel arrangements. This happened to me several times, and now I would not rely on Grab for my ad-hoc transport.
4 stars: I like Grab app very much. It's very easy to use. I mostly order Food or Delivery service. I have one comment on the Delivery History. Please add ''Date'' on each past delivery task so it is easy to find out the receipts and trace the task. I know there is email receipt, but for a smoother access I hope date can appear on each delivery task. Hope you consider. All the best
5 stars: I've recently installed Grab, and so far, I've only used it twice for Grab rides. Both experiences were seamless. I didn't have trouble with the drivers, cars, or services. I hope this continues the whole duration of my use with this app. I also appreciate the cashless payment, since I often have trouble looking for change with taxis.
4 stars: The new booking interface is too 'smart' for me... I preferred to choose departure first, as well as inputting my own instead of the suggestion, which I almost always have to change. It is also less intuitive to add more then one end points and has a tendency to disregard if you have more than one drop-off point.
