3 stars: The app was perfect until the recent update. I was able to search areas my husband and I are interested in moving to. Now, when I search areas no homes pop up at all as if nothing is for sale anymore. My husband and I are trying to buy a home but this new update is making it hard to do so when nothing pops up with the criteria i have searched for. Hopefully this gets resolved.
5 stars: Fairly easy to post. The hardest part was to find the right photos and to add my story. The only thing that I would have wished for was to have more choices for the amenities of the property, or blank areas to better describe things. The categories were limited and I felt that they didn't allow details.
5 stars: Zillow does an amazing job for what it's good at. I have used this religiously while searching for a house because they make it super easy to define what you are looking for in a house, and then get alerted instantly once new listing show up within your scope. Very useful
4 stars: It definitely is the most convenient real estate aggregation site. I like the ability to create a saved home list and although there could be some improvements in terms of the ability to add freeform notes to each saved home and an absolute requirement to list high-speed internet access for every property, all in all it's a tremendous convenience.
