3 stars: Used to be a useful app to check your clubsmart points and pay from inside your car through smartpay. Ever since I upgraded to a Galaxy S10 with Android 10, the app loads rediculously slow and I always get an error when trying to register paypal. Tried clearing cache, data, reinstalling. Does not change a thing. The app for sure needs an update, albeit quite late for that already...
3 stars: Previous points card was the worst I ever used (and reason for me to go to BP). New GO+ is an improvement but why do you give points per visit instead of per money spent??? You want me to go top up my petrol every couple days just to spend £10 and earn a visit? No thanks, i prefer to fill every 2 weeks. Rubbish. Edit: ok after Shell replied i will give it a go and if it works as they say then i will give it 5 stars. Thanks for the reply.
3 stars: Great when it works as avoids having to queue in the shop to pay for petrol. However the last few times months app failed informing me that there are technical issues and telling me to go into the shop, resulting in me standing there at the pump faffing about with the app wasting time. I'll give it another chance, but if it doesn't work next time I will uninstall as the app will be useless to me.
