3 stars: latest updates finally have come good when using with a sub 1mb/s broadband connection. thanks. Q2 2020. Well, never mind. Abandoned hope and have learned not to think I'm clever for adopting smart speakers.
3 stars: I would like to be told if I already has added a track to a Sonos playlist (right now I have to go through a possibly long list manually and that sucks)

4 stars: All the sound we use in this house is provided by Sonos products, nothing newer than 5 yrs. Great sound, control is ok not bad but our biggest complaint is inability to access BBC Sounds....we are all Android. Apparently this is a BBC problem, but very VERY annoying! We don't use Sonos playlists, just Deezer and radios. We'd be stuffed if we lost support for our Sonos kit. Chris
