5 stars: At first. I only saw a bunch of children riding these scooters around town. So, I assumed that they were some type of child trafficking entity. Albeit, the good kind. If there could be such a thing. However, I did some digging around and apparently grown ups ride them as well. So, I can't help but give Hopp Scooters my recommendation #Totally
