5 stars: Shows available balance on my presto card after ride. But app needs 24 hours to show exact amount. I rate this app as 5 star. I am using it for last 2 years to keep track of my TTC travel spending.
3 stars: The information provided is not real time, the app would be much more useful if the information would update at least after an hour or 2 of presto card usage.
4 stars: Using this app is great saved me a few times but it needs to be more accurate with the balance

3 stars: need to be way quicker when addimg funds to the card nearly 24hrs is insane in this day and age. definately need to make sure the system is running on all buses way too many times both machines are down on the bus then the station ones are also out of order so lools like a free ride today!! avoid loss of fare revenue by making sure the system runs correctly.
3 stars: It is good application to check your balance, however, it would be better if 1- allow instantaneous transactions/balance update 2- allow to add credit to account. One other idea to work on, is to have in same app or create new one to notify announcements updates on trains/buses activities like delays/arrivals/cancellations, etc....
