3 stars: As said in earlier reviews the same thing is happening to me. The app is indeed hijacking my volume control, and you can barely hear the notifications or media sound. I can no longer use my phone alarm cause it makes no noise even with volume on high. Hopefully this can get resolved. I have a galaxy s 10 android phone. Thank you
3 stars: Frequent reoccurring video recording problem. My alarm was went off and adt never informed me by phone verification. My rules in video section continues to automatically changes it's rules setting. Camera isn't maintaining it's rule commands. It stops recording at will and will not accept rules.
3 stars: Worked well for years now can not see cameras on my lg5 phone. The video play button just sits there spinning. It works on my other lg5 phone. My lg5 has the newer software worked for 6 months then stopped. Can not find answer anywere on line.
4 stars: The clarity of the property is clear. There's lots of improvement, but I would like to see everything recorded stored so that you can review and decide to keep it or not on a daily basis. All and all, it is a good system.
5 stars: Easy install and setup. Changes happen in seconds from the app to the system. A lot of setup options available to customize user experience.
4 stars: Great app so far, been using it since October 2019.. though as of late I'm not able to view the multiple camera portion as when I refresh more than 1 live feed the app freezes and force close...
