5 stars: I love this app, every time I want to put the background that I want and it has a black space I can cut it and I love that, this app has helped me to make my edits, well I'm not very good at making edits xd, so I use Picsart to edit I also use IbisPaintX, but well that is not the case, so, this app has helped me lot, I think that it is already perfect, I think that nothing else is missing ;3
3 stars: WAS a great app that I've used for years, an essential reinstall whenever I changed phones. However, recently it does nothing but crash, freezing upon a black sreen, which is beyond annoying. Otherwise, it would have been 4 stars.
5 stars: Since years I have been using this app to edit my pictutes and surprise my friends. It helped me a lot to create stunning pictures with perfection. The app is improving to cut out perfectly for superimposing with a natural look. Thumpsup Photolayers.
4 stars: I love how you can put different pictures together and make it look like one the only thing I hate is when you place a background you can't make it bigger or smaller so I would really like it if they could change that otherwise I love this app
