4 stars: Interesting app. Switched from SleepBot when I upgraded my phone. Does a good job tracking sleep. I gave it 4 stars, instead of 5, because the interface can be a bit confusing at times, and the help screens are a little lacking, particularly in how to interpret graphs and other results. UPDATE 1: occasionally (about once a week) the app exists sleep tracking prior to my awakening. Seems to correspond with days I don't set the alarm.
5 stars: Exactly what I needed, syncs with my smart watch and automatically detects when I fall asleep. The only downside is that I'd like it to be more forward on suggestions based on the data collected, like a notification of what time I should be going to bed and how long I should aim to sleep for etc. Otherwise, it's definitely improving how I approach my sleep routines.
4 stars: Great alarm settings, and the different methods of deactivating the alarms (shake phone, math, tap the sheep, etc) are all super useful for people who have an easy time falling back to sleep after the alarm goes off. Having to do math when half asleep is a quick way to get your brain going .
