4 stars: Need to add the choice to cancel payment arrangement on app. It makes it seem like you will double draft payment if you get the means to pay earlier than scheduled to bring your account current. Just put a cancel option on the app. A good way to lose customers is to mess with their money.
3 stars: This app needs a lot of things to be fixed. It has not worked properly atleast once when I tried to navigate through it. This has been the case ever since I was with T-Mobile which is more than 4yrs. I don't know if they have the intention to fix them even in the future.
5 stars: It's been pleaser being with T-mobile. No complain so far. Great service. Just 5G don't work with my waze and that's why i have to use hotspot with my other phone in order to use GPS. I hope T-mobile will do something about it and thus I will save lots of my data. Thanks
3 stars: I switched from Metro to get a better telephone experience. Right now both phones have something wrong. I am paying $100 on payment plan then turning around and setting up a new one. Am spending approx $120 on a $70 senior citizen plan. Others (Consumer Cellular) made me leave the store without the second unit to try to get the second unit at another Target. I never paid for the unreceived unit.)
