4 stars: THE APP IS OK. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. After I use the app to check in and get my digital key, it doesn't show my personal profile and rewards information. i have to uninstall and reinstall app. 6 months after originally passing this, the app has still not been corrected.
4 stars: Love that I get to play games to earn rewards. I'd give 5 stars except that I have to uninstalled and reinstall. It's not like I can go to lobby at customer service as I live on the east coast and MGM is on west coast. My sister and I come out at least once a year. Each time I have to uninstall I am afraid of losing my points. Overall I love MGM rewards.
4 stars: Was running great until recently. I have started having an issue logging in that requires clearing cache and data on the app. Other than that minor inconvenience every now and then it runs great and gets me some deals.
