Pepper helps you discover the little things that make you happiest. Pepper helps you track your heart rate all day so that you can determine how consistent your heart.

Pepper tracks how busy you are automatically so you can send messages to friends when you are busy, driving, biking or running.

You will be asked once in the AM about how you slept and once in the PM to see how your day was as well as work day.

Use Pepper to:
- Experience all day heart rate tracking; determine consistency of your heart rate each hour
- Auto send SMS messages to friends when you are busy, driving, cycling or running.*(See below for more detail)*
- Reveal patterns in how you feel over days, weeks and months
- See how consistent your sleep is and the reflect on the quality of it.
- Reflect on your state of mind at the end of the day.

An automated SMS to friends / family is sent based on the following events:
1) You do not respond to an incoming message for 3 minutes
2) You heart rate is inconsistent or you are driving, biking or running at the time of receiving an SMS message
3) The person sending you the message is selected in the Pepper contact listed (primary phone number only)
