5 stars: Absolutely love all 4 of my Alexa devices and the apps that go with them. I have not had any problems at all with any of them. I even went out and got one for my mother in law whose in her late 80's and she says she feels so much safe knowing that if something happens all she has to do is call out to Alexa to call for help. Thank you Amazon for making this amazing device ❤❤❤❤.
5 stars: Best device ever develop. It has helped me and my partner to communicate easier. To be able to leave messages for one another. Has helped in reminders of appointments, shopping list, to wake up in the morning. To turn on/off game console or to pause a movie playing in the console. We are slowly replacing smart bulbs in the house. The speaker quality is good, especially if you have Alexa call someone. Thank you Amazon.

5 stars: I received an Echo Dot and 4 smart plugs from my daughter for my birthday. Alexa was very easy to set up and can do so many things. It can even control some smart devices I already had. The smart plugs were a different manufacturer and took another step but again pretty straightforward. My wife wasn't too sure at first but is using and liking it more and more.
