5 stars: Sudoku is one of my favorite games. It is a challenge that keeps my mind sharp. Anything that challenges your brain as Sudoku does has to be a positive benefit. Probably helps to keep Dementia and Alzheimer's away, and keeps your mind from getting stagnant.

4 stars: This is a game of memorization and timing in completing a task, a puzzle with pieces that are the same. I think its delightfully challenging. Bravo!. I guessing but is math equations presented as well? If so my rating will increase.
