5 stars: I have been using OpenTable for many years due to linking from restaurants I already go to. Have recently installed the app. It is easy to use plus helps me manage all my reservations. It's great for booking at busy places as I can easily book weeks in advance, modify as needed, and get notified as reservations get closer. I now wish that other restaurants would use it too.
5 stars: Just love using this app, at home and when I travel.... it's fast, easy to use and reliable. I can find a restaurant I know, or a new one. Especially convenient in Manhattan when have Theatre or concert tickets, enables me to find options nearby, by cuisine and or price.

4 stars: Easy to use. Works well as long as the restaurant itself is following protocol with the app use. I would like to see a better browse feature. It tends to show or at least recommend me the same 5 or 6 restaurants over and over.
5 stars: Very easy to use app. Clickable options, no typing. Nice feature to pull up previous restaurants and repeat/modify the booking. Also - I've never had a situation where a confirmed reservation was not honored at tge restaurant...very important point!
4 stars: Like the app. Need to have a check in verification as soon as you arrive at the restaurant and tell them you have a reservation. Missed on some reservation points a couple of times because the restaurant didn't confirm our arrival.
