3 stars: I enjoyed this app until a commercial retailer in my area began uploading thousands of ads for their new products. Now I have to scroll through thousands of ads before i can see anything with my search filters. I don't use this app for new items, that is what google is for. Please update with an option to block sellers
4 stars: Still stands up to Facebook Marketplace, sometimes better - app function is simple and good, only suggestion would be to improve the way your search results automatically filter into categories - sometimes it narrows it down too much
4 stars: As a seller It's easy to navigate through the site to place an advert and is uploaded instantly with little or no time waiting for approval. As a buyer it's very easy to locate and communicate with sellers getting quick results..
5 stars: If you use some common sense and always keep in mind that this is a cash based market place with no paypal style buyer protection, Gumtree can get you hooked up with some great bargains and, with a bit of luck, some rare finds. The freebie section is worth a look.. someones trash could be the treasure your hunting. Just gotta act on it straight away and beat any others to the prize. ;)
