3 stars: The bug isn't fixed. Still randomly getting a white screen while shopping then the app restarts. This happens every time with social savings and randomly with everything else. There needs to be a default for single item. I don't resell and don't want to see suggestions of 20, 50, 100 item listings.
3 stars: I would give DHgate 5 star if it wasnt for their glitches and resets to home page in the middle of browsing and you lose your spot all the time. They do make it complicated as hell to submit for refunds and stuff also. Its literally like s 6 step system. But when you find good sellers with good quality item sometimes make it worth your while.
3 stars: Your website is always clicking off when I'm searching for items, it didnt do it before but since the last update it's horrible. I don't like that you have stores thats doesn't exist but yet and still they are allowed to post stuff and get your money but when you go to track something it says the store doesn't exist
5 stars: Stock availability issue. They were quick in response. Able to discuss other options to satisfy issue. Friendly and kind. Only other issue. The mobile site would blank out and reset. I did not inform anyone of this glitch until now but, I feel costumer service very good. Will update when I receive purchased items.
