5 stars: Learning with locals is an excellent idea. It helps with accents and mimicking what is said. Almost as if friends are teaching you the language. Other language apps without visuals of people aren't as good. With those apps the speaker has perfect pronounciation which doesn't help in real life situations. This app suits my learning style.
5 stars: Bought the year and now app has been acting funny. It won't play sounds sometimes, it won't transition to next word sometimes and it has really slowed in its load time. Edit: very prompt response from Dev team. And the issues seemed to have been fixed. I like this way better than Duolingo. Would recommend
5 stars: Simple, user-friendly and a really nice learning tool. It's also much cheaper than a lot of the alternatives out there. I especially like the real-life accents; it's a nice touch.
5 stars: This is a really good app. I used to use Duolingo for a lot of my language learning but this feels like I'm really learning Russian and Japanese! Teaches practical, not for taking an exam or something.
