4 stars: Filters are very good. But excess notifications seem not to be responsive to them. System for notification ignores: required locations, rental levels, incl.utils., add on fees, accessability \u0026 size of units. \
5 stars: I found a great apartment! I was able to send a message to the property owner through the app and got a quick response. I loved the regular notifications when new places became available. It allowed me to jump on places quickly, which is important for the in-demand areas I was looking at.
