5 stars: The blue cross office is downtown, this app saves me so much time instead of showing up with my papers in hand. Such a time saver. And whoever built the app is very good at keeping it simple and most importantly, without any crashes, errors, issues. Thank you!
4 stars: Easy to use. Get notification when they process payment/reimbursements Down side: they dont sent notification when they refuse a claim . You have to login and search all your claims to see if any were refused. It's not transparent especially when you have many claims
5 stars: App works awesome so far, easy to submit claims. Just waiting for reimbursement. Love the reminders to take medications and refills.
3 stars: It's convenient however it runs extremely slow. Often times it will freeze the app instead of loading a page.
