5 stars: very good value for money. bus travel can be gruelling and cramped but I noticed that Flixbus are responding to problems people face. the app is excellent and rebooting a missed connection was done and sorted . I didn't have to do anything. reminder came to look out for a white bus instead of usual green. wifi great also just plug in your USB right by your seat . drivers were warm and helpful
5 stars: I just really love Flixbus in general, so this is praise for the service more than the app. I used them in Europe and was happy to see them move out to the West Coast. They're clean, hip, and tech savvy with great routes. Great for cross region travel for Cali-Nevada-Arizona.
4 stars: Nice app that keeps you informed regarding the trip you're taking. Some discounts can be added just through this app, so it's nice to have it.
5 stars: Not all flix buses provide so great service as this german regional did! The bus came on time, it was very clean and fresh inside, the plug worked well, the driver was nice and friendly, even let us to walk 20 minutes on one of the station (that is so amazing to do after several hours of sitting!), and still we arrived on time. Perfect job! I really enjoyed the trip.
5 stars: Very patient and caring drivers. I recommend Flix bus to everyone. My little advice is to try and empty the toilet before the next journey.
