4 stars: i would give it 5 stars but this games load time is ridiculous. i have it on my phone my tablet and even on my gaming pc and the intial start up is the slowest thing. i can play and entire game of league of legends which os 20 to 30 mins and the game still wont be loaded on either device. and thats if it loads sometimes it just tries to load for hours with no luck other than that the game is amazing!
4 stars: Amazing game. I can put all my favorite characters from One Piece in the same team. I love the way the combos work and how it takes strategy to put skills together, and doesn't just rely on getting the strongest characters. (Although strong characters certainly help.
