3 stars: sometimes I don't get calls and texts on time. my phone doesn't ring or buzz and there r no pop-up notifications until I open the app. This kind of problem I had on Xiaomi and now I have it on my new Samsung a10. Also sometimes I can't pick up the call because the buttom doesn't work, so I get missed calls. It causes problems in communication with my family abroad.
4 stars: The call was stable with good audio quality. 18 months ago I was almost ready to give up on Skype because of dropped calls and fade-outs but it is much better recently. I still wish it would not make that loud hooting noise when I initiate a call. Even for incoming calls, when some sort of a ring is necessary, a more discrete tone would be much less obnoxious.
5 stars: What a wonderful invention for old people like us to speak live with grand children who live abroad. Very helpful to every one to speak to each other within inter/intra Cities. Video quality is par excellent. Doing a good work. Keep it up
3 stars: My online status constantly changes back to Active, no matter how many times I change it to Away or Invisible it always goes back to Active leading friends/family to think im online when I'm not. Also, when a message notification comes to my phone the option to reply from the notification in the drop down menu does not work. Ever. It might as well not be there. Old skype was great. New skype, not so much.
