4 stars: The system is great and the app is great but as of 2 days ago the app has been acting weird. It keeps opening itself... like every 5 mins. Everytime I unlock my phone the app is open. I just downloaded the update with hopes that it will be fixed.
5 stars: Very useful app for controlling water use. Very flexible app, but easy to use and set up. Can be set to not water if wind is to high. Love being able to take photo of each zone, makes remotely testing and programming easy (visually verifies your adjusting correct zone) and great for controlling remotely. Easy to test run Sprinklers and run zones when you want from anywhere. Fun to turn on when people walk dogs by my lawn...
5 stars: Update June 20 must have solved the problem. No more issue anymore. Thank You. Very good product and app
3 stars: There's definitely an issue with the network setup using an android device. I tried 3 different androids s10, s8 and a fire tab. all had the same issue. Help team did their best but eventually sent out a new device, and we had the same issue. Finally tried the setup with iPhone and it was added successfully. Once it was setup the android app works.
5 stars: randomly broke after 6 months.. stuck on first light flashing white and red on 9th flash.. can't reconnect or factory reset. no word from support message 48 hrs ago. hoping they send replacement.. :/ update: they're sending me a new one.. hopefully this doesn't happen again to next one.. as i don't know how...
