5 stars: I came with my parents as tourists to Japan. We had been facing some non-trivial issues as to how to use the highly advanced public transit system in a foreign country. But with the help of this app, we were eventually able to surpass our difficulties, and were able to enjoy our tour. Anything less than 5 stars would be a serious understatement about this public transit system, and the app as well.
