5 stars: This isn't so long that I get bored and doesn't take so much time that I can't fit it into my day. You can pretty much do it anywhere and the app makes it like a game, so it is fun instead of torture. Also they switch it up each day so that you have a variety and learn new exercises.
5 stars: Absolutely love it! So easy to use and the results are insane! thanks to this app, I've got a well defined six pack a year after my second C-section. I don't exercise 6 days a week like it recommends, but if following it on average 2 days a week can give me abs, imagine what it would do if I followed it properly! highly recommend 👌
