4 stars: I think this could be a 5 star app but in my trial I noticed that it is about 10' off of my property line. They just built a house next door to me so I have 2 existing markers on the 2 end corners of my lot but I want to get get the other 2 end corners. how do I get the GPS to recalibrate. I would do the monthly if I could get this resolved.
5 stars: I am a Realtor in western North Carolina. This app is terrific, just downloaded it for the first time on my phone. Recommend by an owner of an excavating company. Can I download this on my tablet as well for the annual fee of $100, or do I need to pay $100 for each device?
4 stars: Comes in very handy. It's been almost 2 months since I haven't been able to see parcel numbers on the app. Is there any update I might be missing or something? As a suggestion, I would be very useful if you could see phone numbers or possible phone numbers of the owners or maybe their email address.
5 stars: This app works very well for real estate agents to be able to show clients property boundaries as well as owner information lookup. Very basic user-friendly app that could use some more features, but, overall works very well for what it does.
