5 stars: Easy to use, generally don't even have to open the app to start charging my car. Helpful filters and statuses. Room for improvement, but this is the best one out there. Would be nice if we could reserve a spot, and see if it is publicly accessable or in a paid area.
4 stars: oddly I keep getting a message saying that there are no compatible stations in the area when I have just finished charging the car at the station located at my work site. Some things about it I haven't figured out.
5 stars: love the app helps me find chargers that are free but sometimes hidden and pay for charging when i dont feel like pulling the card out of my pocket. however my only gripe is sometimes chargepoint chargers seem to always be more out of service than other chargers
4 stars: Makes it really easy to use the charging stations only downside doesn't really show the charging stations or their availability in town on my phone even if I'm within one n a half Km of one, which will be neat to have
