3 stars: Issues with it syncing to SHealth... not showing all my steps. Also, when do you get points... is it every time you meet your daily goal? I met my goal yesterday and no pending points are showing for it.
3 stars: The app updated today \u0026 now I am missing around 1400 steps compared to Samsung Health; the steps recorded within both apps have always been very close, but today it is way off!
3 stars: they just dropped getting aeroplane points and also seem to ad less and less surveys??? nooooo... Suposed to make improvements not make it worse
3 stars: Giving it a second chance. Carrot Help was very helpful in getting my account going again!! Also interested to see if the sync with Samsung Health works. Let's go!
3 stars: syncing issues Was able to sync with my Fitbit until newest update. was on a 20+ day streak too and now won't get the points or complete a challenge. It also locked me out of my account?!?
3 stars: sometimes it does not get steps taken. even though I double check my fitbit, it is still active on carrot app but does not transfer over. It is good, it keeps me active. but maybe it needs an upgrade or something. SAD
